Our Program
Our programs are specifically designed to train electricians and mechanics in the effective maintenance of HVACR systems, ensuring optimal operation while minimizing downtime. To enroll in any of our classes, you must be sponsored by your employer. This requirement is mandated by the Texas Education Agency, which prohibits individuals from registering independently, as we are not a conventional university or trade school. Once the account is set up, we can proceed with arranging classes.

Our instructor takes the time to answer all questions with explanations in detail to insure a complete understanding.
All lab materials (including safety equipment) & study guides are included in every class.
Upon completion of every class you receive a Certificate of Award.
Receive immediate test results on the EPA Exam (Your EPA Card will arrive within 2-6 weeks).
We provide the latest updates of the rules, regulations and guidelines set forth by the EPA.

Nance International
Nance Industries was established in Beaumont, Texas, in 1955 by Dave Nance as a sole proprietorship and later incorporated in 1974. As the company expanded into the global market, Mr. Nance changed the company name to Nance International, solidifying its position as a leader in the marine and offshore air conditioning and refrigeration sectors. Specializing in air conditioning and refrigeration systems, Nance International serves as a comprehensive source for service, parts, equipment, custom manufacturing, and rentals. Our experts provide installation, maintenance, and servicing for clients in the Industrial, Commercial, Offshore, Marine, and Oil & Gas sectors worldwide.

Nance Universal Technical School
Founded in 1976, Nance Universal Technical School aims to educate electricians and mechanics in effectively maintaining HVACR systems. We understand the critical need for HVACR systems to operate seamlessly with minimal downtime. To this end, we have developed training programs and classes designed to optimize system performance and reduce operational interruptions. Our commitment is to not only meet industry standards but to exceed them. Over the years, this vision has transformed our technical school into a reputable institution, educating students across the globe. We have forged strong partnerships with some of the largest companies in the Industrial, Offshore, Commercial, Marine, and Oil & Gas sectors.

Nance Sheetmetal
In 1992, two local residents joined forces to create Waynco Sheetmetal, a company that thrived for many years by servicing industrial, commercial, and marine clients. However, between 2002 and 2003, they amicably decided to part ways to establish their own ventures, one of which was Air Products. Air Products provided quality services and products to the community, including Lamar University and various school districts. At the end of 2013, the owner chose to retire and sold the well-established business to Nance International. This entity is now recognized as Nance Sheetmetal.
Nance Sheetmetal is a custom metal shop that caters to all your bespoke metal requirements.
